I found this collection of micro-animations from films to be strangely compelling. I clicked through the all the pages. There's a bit of repetition (I could have done without so many "woman blinking" bits) but overall whoever put this together captured a bunch of neat cinematic moments that probably get lost in the flow of the whole movie.

Ok, this will surely be an annoyance while it is up here, but I did want to show off the results of creating an animated gif with Picasion. Sadly the service limits the user to ten frames of action, which is sometimes not enough. Still it’s free and quick. This series is from a while ago – I no longer rock the Jesus look. While it makes for less exciting acrobatics, I get more compliments with shorter hair. I don’t think my DSLR would be able to handle this many pictures in such a short burst either. These were taken with my old camera on a very fun day spent with William.
